01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SatyaMool, by creating an account, or by subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the service.

If you are using SatyaMool on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, in which case "you" refers to that organisation.

02 About the Service

SatyaMool is a fundamental research and information platform. It provides structured data, financial ratios, scores, screening tools, and research content covering Indian stock fundamentals, mutual funds, ETFs, IPOs, and bonds.

The service is informational in nature. SatyaMool is designed to help you carry out your own research and analysis. It is important to understand what SatyaMool is not:

• SatyaMool is not a stockbroker or trading platform and does not execute, place, or route any orders or trades.
• SatyaMool is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst and does not provide personalised investment advice.
• SatyaMool does not manage money, hold client funds or securities, or offer portfolio management services.

Any tools such as scores, screens, or calculators are provided to assist your independent analysis and must not be treated as recommendations.

03 Eligibility

To use SatyaMool, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law. The service is intended for users in India.

By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete. If you do not meet these requirements, you may not use SatyaMool.

04 Account Registration & Security

Certain features require you to create an account by providing your name, email address, and a password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not share your account, allow others to use it, or use anyone else's account without permission.
• You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. We may suspend or disable your account if we believe these Terms have been violated or that your account security is at risk.

05 Subscription & Payments

SatyaMool offers a Free plan and one or more Pro paid plans. The features included in each plan, and the applicable prices, are described on our pricing page.

• Billing — paid subscriptions are billed in advance on the cycle you select (for example, monthly or annual). By subscribing, you authorise us, through our payment processor, to charge the applicable fees and any taxes (such as GST) to your chosen payment method.
• Renewals — unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each cycle until cancelled. You can cancel a renewal through your account or by contacting support before the next billing date.
• Refunds — except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable. [Insert refund / cancellation policy details]
• Price changes — we may change our prices or plan features from time to time. Any change will apply to future billing cycles, and where required we will give you reasonable advance notice.

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or downgrade your access to paid features until the amount due is settled.

07 Accuracy of Data

The data and content on SatyaMool are compiled from publicly available market data, exchange and regulatory sources. We make reasonable efforts to present this information accurately, but the service and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty or representation as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any data or content. In particular:

• Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors, and is not guaranteed to be real-time.
• Scores, ratios, and derived metrics depend on underlying data and assumptions and may not reflect the most current position of any company or instrument.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, or correct or update data, at any time without notice.

You should independently verify any information before relying on it for any decision.

08 Acceptable Use

You agree to use SatyaMool only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to extract data or content from the platform, except as we may expressly permit.
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any data or content obtained from SatyaMool, or make it available to third parties as a substitute for the service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform, or attempt to derive its source code, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, access controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or accounts.
• Use the service to transmit malware, disrupt its operation, or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Use the service in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating your access, against anyone who, in our judgment, violates this section.

09 Intellectual Property

The SatyaMool platform and all content and materials made available through it — including the website, software, design, layout, text, graphics, the SatyaMool name and logo, the SatyaMool Score and other proprietary metrics, and the selection, arrangement, and presentation of data — are owned by or licensed to CapXone Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the service for your own personal, non-commercial research purposes. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the platform except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CapXone Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or investment losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the service — whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Because SatyaMool is an informational service and not an adviser or broker, we are not responsible for any investment, trading, or financial decision you make based on information obtained from the platform.

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you use only the Free plan, a nominal amount of [INR amount].

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CapXone Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• your use or misuse of the service;
• your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law or regulation;
• your infringement of any rights of a third party; or
• any investment or financial decision you make in connection with the service.

12 Termination

You may stop using SatyaMool and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice if you breach these Terms, if required to do so by law, or if we reasonably believe your conduct may harm SatyaMool, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will continue to apply.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Subject to applicable law, you agree that the courts at [City], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service.

14 Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the platform or by email.

Your continued use of SatyaMool after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of them. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service.
